This website describes AGRM’s services and provides a way to make an inquiry. An inquiry does not establish a recruitment engagement, authorize work or amend an agreement. Scope, fees and service obligations are established in a signed agreement before work begins.

Candidate submission does not guarantee representation, an interview or employment. The employer makes its own hiring decisions.

If a page or form prevents you from accessing information or submitting an inquiry, contact AGRM for assistance. Describe the page and the difficulty encountered without sending medical records or unnecessary sensitive information. An accessible alternative can be discussed directly.

Service and business disclosures

Angerstein Global Risk Management LLC is Texas based and operates virtually from San Antonio. Its two services are DIRECT HIRE RECRUITMENT and INTERVIEW AS A SERVICE. AGRM is not the employer of record for candidates introduced through direct recruitment.

Recruitment and interviewing are not background investigations or independent verification of candidate claims. The employer determines additional screening, offers, compensation and final employment decisions. Candidate participation in employer-paid recruitment is free.
